Our apartments have been designed to the highest standard, with all including fully kitted out kitchens and separate living areas.

Please kindly note that these apartments are housed within a historically significant building and therefore there are no lifts available, with our top floor rooms being located on the 3rd floor.

All payments will be taken in full 72 hours before your arrival, and for direct bookers we will email you a receipt upon departure

We understand that the apartments are a great base for groups, however please be mindful of other guests and keep the party to the amazing venues on our doorstep.
CCTV is in operation in all common areas, 24 hours a day.
Our apartments are currently located in Edinburgh’s Old Town, and the beautiful seaside spot of St Andrews, with more locations coming very soon.
