"A perfect cosy hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly. The shower was the best lovely warm and powerful. A tunnocks tea cake with tea and coffee facilities in the room was a nice touch and much appreciated after a long journey. Nice decor. Good size TV. The location is close to everything. A lovely Italian on the street and had breakfast in a nice brunch place on Victoria street. Great bars close by and attractions. And the best bit it was a bargain price. Would definitely come back and stay here again"

"Great place - fantastic room and location especially for the price in central Edinburgh. Staff really helpful and friendly, especially Maan at breakfast, who went to buy oat milk for my coffee when it ran out (in the rain)! Very kind and very much appreciated, would def recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

"Great experience. Breakfast very tasty and lots of warm choices on demand. Bus line just in front of the place to go everywhere and anywhere. Back to the airport, zoo or back to the town centre. I liked the fact that we weren't in the city but on the outskirts. Room very comfortable with a nice towel warmer and a large tv. Bed you could stay in all day. Had a blast, will go again."
