Arthur's Seat

Enjoy the great outdoors of the capital with a trip to Arthur’s Seat. The tallest of the Seven Hills on which Edinburgh was founded, the hill is popular with visitors due to the relatively easy walk to the top. Experience breath-taking views of the city whilst filling your lungs with that famous Scottish air!

Edinburgh Castle

Who can really say they’ve visited Edinburgh without heading to this historic fortress? The volcanic Castle Rock that it sits upon is estimated to have formed some 350 million years ago. The impressive building has played host to many a royal resident, as well as being a prison and an army garrison. A must see for all!

Biddy Mulligans

We’ve got a great motto… when all else fails, head to a good Irish Bar! Biddy Mulligans in the historic Grassmarket is one of the most famous Irish Pubs in the UK, and with good reason. With live music every evening and a rip roaring atmosphere for sports of almost any kind, it’s a great place to let your hair down and have some fun.

Ghillie Dhu

It doesn’t get more Scottish than Ghillie Dhu, an impressive venue housed within a former Church in the West End of the city. Their Burly Ceilidh Club happens every Friday & Saturday from 7pm, where you can enjoy three courses and a live ceilidh band for £35 per person.
